Yuri Brosgol, M.D.
Dr. Brosgol obtained his medical diploma at Moscow Medical and Dental School in Moscow, Russia, 1984.
He conducted neurology specialty training in Moscow where he practiced general neurology until 1989.
In 1991, Dr. Brosgol commenced pediatric residency at Schneider Children's Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and then completed a fellowship in PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY in 1996.
Dr. Brosgol then completed a fellowship in epilepsy, EEG and electrophysiology at New York University Medical Center in 1997.
In 1996, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) conferred on Dr. Brosgol his certification in NEUROLOGY WITH SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS IN CHILD NEUROLOGY.
As a CHILD and GENERAL NEUROLOGY specialist, Dr. Brosgol has particular expertise in treating the following conditions:
Dr. Brosgol holds clinical and academic affiliations with Maimonides Medical Center, Downstate University Medical Center, Coney Island Hospital, and Kings Highway Community Hospital.
Dr. Brosgol is an Active Member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Child Neurology Society.
